This is an Open Beta Testing - a type of testing period for “ Me Books App” prior to a commercial or official release, Me Books may vary the duration of the test period at any time and for any reason. By participating, you acknowledge that:(1) You are 13 years of age or older, and if you are between Age 13 and 18, you have obtained consent from your parents or guardian; and(2) You have agreed to report any flaws, errors or imperfections discovered in the app or other materials where Beta Tester has been granted access to the Beta Test. (3) Beta Tester understands the prompt and accurate reporting is the purpose of the Beta Tests and undertakes to use best effort to provide frequent reports on all aspects of the product both positive and negative and acknowledges that any improvements, modifications, and changes arising from or in connection with the Beta Testers contribution to the project, remain or become the exclusive property of the Disclosing Party. (4) Content in Beta Test is subjective to regional lock and distribution rights. Content available during the beta testing period is not a representative of the full catalogue of Me Books App.(5) Payment: Me Books app will be providing the beta testing app including all its contents for no charge during the beta testing period.
