Lauren Child's much loved characters, Charlie and Lola,
are back in this fun birthday story!
Lauren Child's much loved characters, Charlie and his little sister Lola, are back in this fun birthday story! It was Charlie's birthday and Lola was excited to help out, wanting to make his party the best party anyone could have.
However, Lola's idea of the perfect birthday party was not exactly what Charlie prefers! Lola tried to help with decorating the house with flowers instead of monster balloons, she opened one of Charlie's presents, and even blowed out Charlie's birthday cake candles!
Charlie was not happy, so he talked to Lola about how he felt towards the way she acted. How do you think Lola took it? Did she get mad and ruined Charlie's party? Or did she try to make things right?
